Terms of sale
These terms apply to any purchase of voices made on VoteRoyale. Buying them implies accepting them.
1. What is sold
A voice is an internal credit that lets you cast one additional vote on a match, on top of the free daily voice. It can be used only on VoteRoyale, is not transferable to another person, and has no value outside the site.
A purchased voice counts for exactly one point, like a free one. Buying increases the number of votes you can cast, never their weight in a score. No advantage, no reserved ranking and no influence over moderation is attached to it.
2. What is not sold
Voices pay nothing back and cannot pay anything back. There is no prize, no jackpot, no draw and no redistribution of any kind on this site. VoteRoyale is not gambling: money spent buys use of the service and never returns, in cash, in kind or as credit.
3. Prices and taxes
The available packs and their price, inclusive of all taxes, are shown before the order is confirmed. The applicable VAT rate is the one in force at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery and immediate performance
Voices are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. You expressly request that performance of the service begin at that moment, before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you therefore waive your right of withdrawal once the voices are credited. This waiver is collected through a checkbox at payment: it is never pre-ticked.
5. Validity
Purchased voices can be used for twelve months from the date of purchase. After that, any unused voices expire. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for money.
6. Order problems
If a payment is taken and the voices do not appear on your account, write to voteroyale@stban.com with the date and the amount: the order will be found and the voices credited, or the payment refunded. The same applies to a double charge.
7. Closing a match or the service
A match may be closed: its score is then frozen and it remains readable. Unused voices stay available for other matches. Should the service shut down permanently, purchased and unused voices are refunded pro rata, on request sent to the address above within three months of the shutdown being announced.
8. Account suspension
An account may be suspended in the event of a clear attempt to manipulate scores (automation, multiplying devices, circumventing limits). Voices acquired legitimately and unused remain refundable; those used in the manipulation are cancelled, and the corresponding votes removed from the scores.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, write to us first: most disagreements are settled that way. Failing agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are provided on request, before bringing proceedings before the competent courts.
